A theft from an unlocked storage shed located on the 5700 Block of Coral rd.
at the Bates Beach resort was reported. It is believed the theft occured on
August the 29th 2010. Stolen in the theft were an Echo leaf blower, a 26"
bar 365 Husquavarna chain saw and a red Honda Brush cutter.

report of a break and enter was received on July 25th, 2009 from the 500 block of Holiday Road, Fanny Bay, BC. It is believed to have occurred during the night of July 22nd, 2009. A woodshed was entered and an older Husqvarna model 40 chainsaw was stolen as well as some copper and 1 3-gallon outboard motor tank.
